Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)

The University of Florida is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Additional information regarding SACSCOC accreditation is located within the UF Graduate Catalog.

Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)

The University of Florida College of Medicine is accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education to award the MD degree upon successful completion of the medical education program. Graduates of LCME accredited programs are eligible for entry to the next stage of training through residence programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and are eligible to take the United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE). Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

The University of Florida College of Medicine and UF Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education to continue training in particular specialties (residencies) or sub specialties (fellowships) following graduation from medical school. Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA)

The University of Florida Physician Assistant program, is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
